PAYMENTS

We request a 50% deposit within 2 days of making a booking. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Up until 8 days before arrival, if the balance has already been paid by the client, the balance only will be refunded.

7 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

All cancellations, amendments, or variations to bookings must be agreed on by arrangement with the owner and received in writing.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances in which case 100% of the booking fee will be refunded.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in from 3.00 pm; check-out by 11.00 am.

We appreciate that our guests will respect our property, but damage and breakages are guests’ responsibility during their stay and must be paid for. North Farm takes no responsibility for guests’ personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owner in writing.
