Beautiful weather. Beautiful group. Beautiful teacher. Our recent Dru Yoga day, based around the ‘Salute to the Four Directions’, was delightful. Easy-going and gentle, with fantastic effects: we are still feeling both relaxed AND energised days after the event!
Wendy’s approach to teaching Dru Yoga is always crystal clear, and and her choices of beautiful music set the tone for both the activation and relaxation sequences. She uses repetition to build confidence in each sequence, with a special emphasis on breathing (and smiling!).
A lovely treat was that Wendy brought her harmonium and invited participants to join her in a ‘kirtan’, or sacred chant. It was a truly inspirational end to a perfect day.
