We are so happy to be hosting 2 x NEW cheesemaking workshops, run by Lyn and Pete Malcolm of Mobile Cheese Class. There will be 2 workshops: Sat 27th July 12:30 – 4:30 and Sunday 28th July 9:30 – 1:30.

Learn how to make Fetta, Persian Fetta, Haloumi, Yoghurt, Labne, Marscapone, Ricotta, Paneer and Cream Cheese at home with confidence.

The Home Cheese & Yoghurt Making Workshop runs for 4 hours and covers fetta, haloumi, ricotta, 2 styles of yoghurt, mascarpone, cream cheese, ricotta and paneer. Professionally presented, with full AV backup (so you can watch all the details!) with equipment/cultures for sale after the event.

Experience the delight of learning how to make all of these cheeses at home. Enjoy tasting all of the cheeses during class, with a cheese-based afternoon tea.

Meet with Jen and Gai and feed our gorgeous goats, learn about life on a small-scale dairy farm, discover the magic of goat’s milk, and hear about our own journey with cheesemaking.
