Learn about home cheesemaking at North Farm – from feeding and milking goats to producing fresh cheese and yoghurt.
Arrive at 8.30 am to see the goats being milked.
Learn how the fresh product is transformed into yoghurt, haloumi, feta and ricotta.
Participate in the making of cheese.
Share morning tea and lunch, using ingredients grown and processed at North Farm.
Finish at 2.30 pm and take home samples of the cheese you help to make, information and recipes.
The cost is $150 for the day ($120 concession).
