Do you have a minimum number of nights?
Yes, we have a minimum of 2 nights.
How many people can you accommodate for farmstays?
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double rooms.
How many people can you cater for on retreat?
We can accommodate up to 20 guests on retreat.
We hire luxurious bell tents which can accommodate from 1 – 4 people per tent, so with camping for up to 12 people, and accommodation in the rooms for up to 6 people, we can take a total of 20 guests.
Do you supply breakfast for farmstays?
We supply breakfast provisions on the first day for our farmstay guests.
What about for retreats?
Breakfasts are included in catering arrangements made individually for each retreat.
Can we self-cater?
Yes, farmstay guests can self-cater in our undercover outdoor kitchen.
Do you have laundry facilities?
No, sorry, we do not have laundry facilities.
We have a limited water supply and are mindful of usage. There is a laundrette in town at 99 Hyde Street, phone 6655 1465.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes, we have NBN broadband.
Are children welcome?
North Farm is child-friendly.
However, it is a peaceful, working farm so children need to be supervised at all times, especially around the animals, as well as at the swimming pool and the dam.
Are pets welcome?
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.
There are no fenced areas, however, so pets cannot be left unsupervised at North Farm.
How far from Coffs Harbour are you?
We are 30 minutes’ drive from Coffs Harbour.
Can you pick us up at the airport?
Sorry, you will have to get a taxi or hire a car if you are flying in.
Can I pay by credit card?
We do not have credit card facilities and request that guests pay by direct debit or PayPal.
We request a 50% deposit within 2 days of making a booking. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
When bookings are cancelled:
Up until 8 days before arrival, if the balance has already been paid by the client, the balance only will be refunded.
7 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
All cancellations, amendments, or variations to bookings must be agreed on by arrangement with the owner and received in writing.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances in which case 100% of the booking fee will be refunded.
Check-in times – farmstay
What time can we check into the accommodation?
Check-in is from 3.00 pm.
We are flexible so if you need extended hours and we can accommodate you, we will. Just ask!
What time do we check out by and can we have a late checkout?
Check-out is by 11.00 am.
And yes, you can have a late check-out if no-one else is coming into the accommodation straight away.

Are check-in times the same for retreats?
Our check-in times are the same during the week but we are able to offer a later check-out on Sundays.
